This Privacy Policy explains how TAMGA collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use the TAMGA website, Android app or online game services.
TAMGA is an online card game by Shadowless Studios. The game includes online lobbies, matches, player profiles, rankings, rewards and account-based features.
Gold is an in-game reward only and has no real-money value. TAMGA is not a gambling game.

Depending on how you use TAMGA, we may collect the following types of information:
- Account information, such as your user ID, display name, email address or sign-in provider information when you create or use an account.

2. Login and Authentication
TAMGA may use Firebase Authentication and supported sign-in providers, including email login, guest login or Google sign-in. Authentication is used to create and protect your game account, keep your progress connected to your profile and prevent unauthorized access.
If you sign in with Google, Google may process authentication information according to Google's own privacy policy. TAMGA receives only the information required to authenticate your account and provide the game service.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide and operate the online game.
- Create and manage player accounts, guest sessions, lobbies and matches.
- Save game progress, rankings, rewards and profile settings.
- Improve stability, security, performance and user experience.

4. Online-First App Behavior
The TAMGA Android app works as an online-first app. This means the app may load the current online game version from our server when you start it. The app may check a version file to decide whether the current online version is available.
TAMGA requires an internet connection for normal gameplay. If the online service is not reachable, some or all game features may not be available.
5. Data Storage and Service Providers
TAMGA may use third-party service providers to operate the game, including Firebase services for authentication, database, hosting, analytics, security or related backend functionality.
These providers process data only as needed to provide the technical services required for TAMGA. We do not sell personal data.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share or process information only in the following situations:
- With service providers that are necessary to operate TAMGA.

TAMGA is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children below the age required by applicable law without appropriate consent. If you believe that a child has provided personal information without the required permission, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
9. Data Retention
We keep account, game and technical data only as long as necessary to provide TAMGA, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our rules.
Some technical logs may be stored for a limited period for security, debugging and service improvement.
10. Account and Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your TAMGA account and associated personal data from the account deletion page. You may need to sign in again so we can verify that you are the owner of the account.
Deletion requests can also be sent by email to shadowless.studios.eu@gmail.com. We may need to verify that you are the owner of the account before processing the request.
Some data may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention or legitimate operational reasons.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
12. International Processing
TAMGA and its service providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such processing.
